Dr. Ted Mioduski

As the founder of Implant & General Dentistry of Northern Colorado, Dr. Ted E. Mioduski, Jr. practiced comprehensive implant and restorative dentistry in Loveland, Colorado since 1985. Dr. Mioduski is a Diplomate & Fellow in the InternationalCongress of Oral Implantologists, a Diplomate in the American College of Oral Implantologists, and a Diplomate in the American Board of Special Care Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a Fellow in the American Association of Hospital Dentists. Dr. Mioduski is a member of the American Dental Association, The Colorado Dental Association, The Academy of Osseointegration and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. With over 36 years of experience, Dr. Mioduski’s expertise focused on all phases of esthetics and implant dentistry (surgical and prosthetics) with a special emphasis on sedation dentistry.

Dr. Mioduski earned his BA degree from DePauw University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He completed an advanced General Practice Residency at St. Joseph Hospital, Denver, Colorado. Dr. Mioduski has studied extensively with Dr. Frank Spear, founder of the Spear Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Mioduski served as the Vice Chairman of Dentistry and as Clinical Professor of Implant Dentistry at St. Joseph Hospital for over 12 years. His passion for education and teaching allowed him to earn the Outstanding Teacher Award several times during his tenure at St. Joseph Hospital. He served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and has lectured extensively on the topics of cosmetic and implant dentistry. 

Dr. Mioduski and his wife, Eileen, have three wonderful children, 6 perfect grandchildren and have been involved in numerous community organizations over their many years in Loveland, including the Boy Scouts of America, American Cancer Society and Sertoma. Dr. Mioduski is a Consultant and volunteer Provider for the Colorado Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped (CFDH) and a volunteer dentist for the Colorado Mission of Mercy (COMOM) charity dental care program. He recently served on The City of Loveland’s Open Lands Advisory Commission. Dr. Mioduski was voted one of Loveland’s Favorite Dentists in the Reporter Herald’s Readers’ Choice Awards for the years 2007 through 2020. He has also been selected as one of Colorado’s “TOP DENTISTS” as chosen by their peers in 5280 MAGAZINE for the years 2009 through 2020.

Dr. Mioduski enjoys spending time with family, skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking and traveling. He will enjoy these and many other activities more frequently, as he retired from practicing dentistry in June 2021.
